Springfield Estates boasts meticulously cultivated gardens that are in full bloom during the spring. There are so many different varieties of flowers that provide a fragrant and colorful backdrop for your ceremony and photo shoots.

South Carolina's landscapes are particularly vibrant in the spring, the grass is bright green, rice fields are golden yellow, the sky a robins egg blue. Our 250-acre estate will offer stunning views of greenery and natural beauty.

Adding grandeur and Southern charm to our estate, are over 400 live oak trees dripping with Spanish Moss, some date back to the 1800s. They will be displaying their fresh spring foliage and also create the illusion of “cathedrals” adding grandeur and Southern charm.

The estate has been cherished by the Stokes family for almost 50 years and holds a significant piece of Lowcountry history, offering a memorable and meaningful location. The estate is under a conservation easement and will remain such a special part of history forever!

Soaking in the beauty

Situated on a large estate, the venue offers a sense of seclusion and privacy for your special day. Once your ceremony begins the gates will be closed, ensuring no one except invited guests will be allowed on the property.

The venue offers beautifully appointed suites for the wedding parties to prepare in comfort and style. From the second floor, the bridal suite is very spacious and has a magnificent view of the river, rice fields and live oak trees.Relax, unwind and get ready for your big day in this very spacious space.

The Groom’s suite is stocked with chess, board games,a tv and even a pool table to keep the guys entertained while anxiously awaiting the festivities. The sprawling lawn provides space for outdoor games like cornhole, allowing guests to mingle and enjoy the scenery.

You can choose to have your ceremony under the Avenue of the Oaks, the Monet view by the pond with lily pads, or in a tent on the front lawn, offering flexibility for your vision.

While located in Georgetown, it's still within a reasonable driving distance (about an hour north) from Charleston, making it accessible for guests traveling from the city or Charleston International Airport. Myrtle Beach is also a short drive for those that wish to lounge on the beach and hit some hotspots! Georgetown has it’s own beautiful, quaint and historic waterfront downtown with shops, art galleries and delicious restaurants offering a blend of a unique less crowded venue with the accessibility of a major Southern city.
