We are a private 250 acre estate which means we are able to host very large weddings and events depending on the location you chose for your event. We have hosted events for up to 600 people!

Our rental fee is $7,500 which includes our gorgeous, spacious Bridal Suite with a private bathroom, vanities with seats and soft lighting for up 7 people at a time allowing for hair and makeup on site and a smalll refridgerator for beverages and snacks to be enjoyed while relaxing and getting ready! The Bridal party has access to the Bridal Suite as early as 7am and all day the day of the event.

Our fabulous Groom’s suite is also availble to the Groom’s party the entire day of the event and is equipped with a full size pool table, chessboard and various other games as well as a full screen TV. We have corn hole and other boards games and several ponds if anyone wants to do some fishing!

Our Green Room is available for the band and other vendors to unwind and relax, a seperate area for the cateres to prepare their food as well as a fun bar area that may be utilized during cocktail hour. Also included is one security guard for up to 100 guests, our 6 person limousine golfcart with a driver to be used during your event, our beverage/appetizer boat and a bar that may be used during cocktail hour and reception.

Your date can be secured with a 50% non-refundable payment.

Once your date is booked, we will provide you with a long list of preferred vendors that we have worked with and trust implicity! You are able to use other vendors as long as they are insured, licensed and approved by our venue.

We allow alcohol but there must be a licensed, insured and approved bartender to serve all alcohol. We also have recommendations for fun & fabulous bartenders! Guests are able to provide their own alcohol a day or 2 ahead of time which may be stored in our Green Room.

Music must end by 10:30 pm with guests departing thereafter. All items must be removed from the Bridal and Grooms Suites at this time. Vendors are required to leave by 11:00 PM unless previously arranged by the Springfield Estates. We do allow pickup for tents and porta potties on Sunday or Monday when approved by Springfield Estates.

This will be detemined by your Wedding Planner. We do require a Wedding Planner at our Venue, we have many awesome Wedding Planners to recommend!

We do not have an extensive list of overnight accommodations at this time, but we are willing to discuss the possibility. There are many hotels, condominiums and airbnb’s located an short drive from Springfield Estates in our nhistoric downtown Georgetown.

Depending on which location is selected for your event, guests that need assistance may use our elevator located in our private residence to relax, away from the crowds, on our second floor to watch and enjoy the event. A handicap potty is also included with the rental of your porta potty.
